1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FarTrip platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of the Platform (Marketplace Model)

FarTrip is strictly a digital marketplace and directory service. We are not a transportation company, taxi service, or motor carrier. We do not employ the drivers listed on our platform, nor do we own, operate, or maintain any vehicles.

Our sole function is to provide a digital venue where riders planning long-distance trips can discover and communicate with independent, third-party drivers.

3. User Agreements

Any agreement for transportation services is made directly between the rider and the independent driver. FarTrip is not a party to these agreements.

• Payments: All fare negotiations, payments, and financial transactions occur directly between the rider and the driver. FarTrip does not collect commissions on rides or process ride payments.
• Liability: FarTrip assumes no liability for the transportation services provided by the drivers. The driver is solely responsible for the ride, vehicle safety, insurance, and legal compliance.
• Disputes: Any disputes regarding the ride, including pricing, delays, or service quality, must be resolved directly between the rider and the driver.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Platform respectfully and legally. Harassment, discrimination, fraud, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the directory.

5. Modifications to Terms

FarTrip reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
