Core Notice
FarTrip operates exclusively as a digital advertising platform and online directory. FarTrip is NOT a transportation company, motor carrier, taxi service, or ridesharing network operator.
Independent Contractors
All drivers listed on the FarTrip platform are autonomous, independent contractors operating their own transportation businesses. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of FarTrip. We do not direct, control, or manage their operations, vehicles, schedules, or pricing.
No Guarantee of Service
FarTrip does not guarantee the availability, quality, timeliness, or safety of any transportation services obtained through the platform. The selection of a driver and the decision to enter into a transportation agreement is made entirely at the rider's own risk.
Licensing and Insurance
While FarTrip requires drivers to submit proof of valid licensing and insurance during the onboarding process, the ongoing validity and adequacy of such credentials are the sole responsibility of the independent driver. FarTrip explicitly disclaims any liability for expired, suspended, or insufficient insurance or licensing on the part of the driver. Riders are encouraged to verify this information independently prior to travel.
